Yoga is the ancient practice of quieting the mind through breath and movement. The practical application of yoga has benefits that reach far beyond flexibility. My goal and intention as a guide of yoga is to help you uncover and explore the connection that already exists between your mind and body.
I strive to make the physical elements of yoga accessible to every body and rely on my knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help students stay safe in asana.
We can use the lessons from this practice in our day to day life and I look forward to sharing them with you!
With over 8 years of teaching experience and over 13 years of being a student of this practice, I seek to be a conduit for others to discover the powers of yoga.
